When you've identified a house you want to buy, your agent
will prepare an offer to purchase, which you may wish
to have an attorney review. This is the first step in
negotiating.
The offer will contain all the terms for purchasing, including
price and contingencies—such as a successful home
inspection and financing.
The seller most likely will counteroffer with different
terms. You can accept or counter. |
